Letter from the Manager

Dear Special Olympic Athletes, Families and Friends,

It is my great honor to serve you all as the manager of Beaver County Special Olympics.  I hope that you are enjoying our newly established program’s website.

As we reflect on the challenging times we have dealt with over the past many months, I’m reminded of the great support that we have seen by so many great Beaver County Special Olympics friends. Unfortunately, we are still not back to normal yet, but we are working as hard and as safe as we can to get there.   As the new manager, I want to assure you that we will be doing our best to uphold the mission and values of the Special Olympics in our day to day work.

The goal of Special Olympics is to help bring all persons with intellectual disabilities into the larger society under conditions whereby they are accepted, respected and given a chance to become productive citizens.

As myself and the management team make decisions to help guide this program forward we will continue to keep that goal in mind.  It is all about the athletes and our volunteers!

Thank you for all your patience and kindness that you continue to show us during these challenging times.

Don’t ever hesitate to reach out to me with any questions or concerns.

Sincerely,

Andrew J. Fee
Manager
